Bonnie is in absolute full blossom as an herbalist who both heals and teaches. I took Bonnie's herbal remedy course last year  - I knew I would learn useful tips, but I completed the course with remedies my family will use for a lifetime.  The course was simply fantastic.

Two years ago I was diagnosed with Chronic Progressive MS (Multiple Sclerosis)

The Neurologist I saw said there was no known cure, offered me a few words of advice, like don't stress yourself and said she would prescribe a drug for me that I would have for three days at the hospital that would help slow the MS process down.

I could never accept such a pronouncement and I depleted all my savings with attempts at alternative treatments, such as Homeopathy, Acupuncture, Ayurveda, Chiropractic and many supplements.

I now realize I was depressed from that day. MS is a word, not a sentence, but for me the term "Chronic Progressive MS" certainly seemed like a life sentence.

I suffered a common problem of most people with Multiple Sclerosis and that is fatigue, not having the energy to do anything. I couldn't tolerate the hot summers; my internal organs began giving up on me, (I felt like an old person losing control) ---My walking got progressively worse and I began using a stick, my eyesight would bother me at times and the feeling of numbness in my left leg was there most of the time, in fact my left leg never really felt normal.

Today I am no longer depressed, I have lost the look of fatigue, my internal organs are working normally again. "Your mind seems sharper", is the comment from a close friend. This same friend says, I seem more willing to engage in things despite my body and my movement seems faster where at one time it was labored. (I still use a stick)  My eyes are brighter, I look happier and smile more now and have excitement in my voice and I have a look of peace and wellness about me.

Drinking alkaline water was to me like drinking silk, it felt so clean and that transferred to my body. For two weeks it was being brought to me and I drank 4 liters a day keeping a bottle by my side all the time. With all the remarkable changes going on in me it was clear to me that I couldn't not drink this water, neither could I deny it to my son so I now have an ionizer in my home. Because ionized water flushes away acid waste, I experienced my own healing crises. I had a week of heaviness, lethargy and headaches, but now this too has passed and I feel great again.

I an aware that waste must be flushed out and this has been my experience as the water does its work. I am so grateful for alkaline water; especially after all the modalities I have tried. These days I wake up alive again, and my son now drinks the water because he sees the effect it has on me. How grateful I am!

12/15/2009  What happened to me when I started drinking alkaline water astonished me.  Within a few days of drinking the water I noticed that my menopausal brain fog had lifted and that I was sleeping all night, waking refreshed.  A few weeks later I asked my husband for a blanket and he just laughed (because for the past 3 years I've been really hot, I believe from peri-menopause, and for the past 6 months I was having hot flashes all the time) and said, "you don't use blankets, who are you kidding?"  Well that stopped me flat out and I started thinking that I've been wearing long sleeve shirts, jackets, socks, all the things that I haven't worn in years.  The water totally re-regulated my temperature and eliminated my hot flashes.

What has happened to my father in law is wild.  His background....  80 years old, major brain fog, heartburn and type 2 diabetes (where he is on metformin and still had fasting blood sugars at 180 every morning).  Within a few days his brain started functioning, what I mean is that he wanted to go out and do his gardening and was able to act like he had many years ago.  His color was coming back.  However, what really astounded me was that within a month of starting the water his fasting blood sugars are now ranging from 90 - 117.  WOW, just from adding alkaline water to his diet.
Update 12/2/2010 - it's been a little more than a year since I've been drinking the water and my menopause symptoms are still gone - however what I still think is the most amazing is that we just took my father in law out for his 81st birthday.  He looks years younger than he did last year.  We still wonder, water does this?and yes, it has made all the difference in the world.

First, let me say Bravo! Your class was fun, lovely, and very informative. I’ve been telling everybody I know who likes to garden to grab a times paper and to make their own pots!

The Square Foot Gardening (SFG) class with Bonnie was Awesome! I walked in thinking that any kind of gardening was over my head and walked out reassured that my SFG garden would be fabulous! Bonnie turned getting the materials from daunting to doable; providing the local hot spots to get the goods, and the how to, to get it done! For anyone who is looking to get into Square Foot Gardening this class is a must!

Thank you again for letting me see your fabulous garden; nothing like the real thing to inspire a girl :)

Thank you Bonnie for the incredible advice on what foods to eat, what to drink and what to avoid to help calm my gout down.  Your plan of attack that you detailed out for me was extremely well thought out as well as accurate in what would work for my body.  The pain and flare up that I was experiencing at that time have gone away.  In addition, the alkaline water has made a huge difference.  Due to having had gastric bypass surgery my body doesn’t produce many of the needed nutrients and by products that “normal” people’s bodies produce.  Adding in the alkaline was a very positive impact for me.  I highly recommend this natural and non-invasive approach to improving one’s health!

About two years ago I was introduced to the benefits of alkaline water by a very good friend of mine.  She was in New York for a few days and gave me some literature to review.  The claims were impressive, and I already knew that disease cannot live in an alkaline environment.   However, the price tag on the device she was selling was far too rich for my blood!  I did some investigation and found there were other products that made alkaline water for a lot less money.  I saw a brochure for such a product in a local health food store and contacted Bonnie Rogers, a distributer for Chanson.   She allowed me to get free containers of water over two weeks, during which time I tested the level and stability of the alkalinity. She also provided me with information on the many uses of the water.   I was impressed with the results, as well as the info that she provided and the info on the Chanson website.

After purchasing the device, I am very satisfied with its performance.   One of the immediate benefits that I, as well as my daughter, my niece and my co-worker noticed, were our fingernails.  They grew strong and long rather quickly!   The other immediate benefit is that it is good for the environment (no more cases of Poland Spring!).    I use the acid water that the device also produces, for cleaning.  No more harsh chemicals!

I am so thankful for Bonnie!   She worked with and supported me in making an informed purchase.   And a little more than a year later, she was there when I  needed to replace the filter, providing me with great instruction.  Bonnie is also an awesome source of great information!  In addition to her knowledge of herbals, she taught me how to make my own kefir water, providing me with the starting grains.  She is truly a wonderful person to do business with!
